At NABTU, our mission stands for the hardworking men and women who build our cities, roads, and infrastructure. We bring together construction unions across North America to make sure workers have good-paying jobs, safe working conditions, and access to top-notch training programs. We work with communities, contractors, and government leaders to support projects that create real opportunities for working people and help grow the middle class. Our mission is to protect workers’ rights and build a better future for everyone.
